This model offers flexibility to meet the temporary staff augmentation needs of the project. This model is also very effective to conduct System Requirements Study, Scoping and Project Estimation before it is being outsourced to CheckSum InfoSoft for execution.

Offshore Projects (executed at the premises of CheckSum InfoSoft), where CheckSum InfoSoft takes project management responsibility together with customer. This model is ideal for product/application engineering (design and development) once the scope is defined. This model offers the best cost-effective solutions to customers where the customer can multiply the impact of spending by 2 to 3 times. Typically, in this model the projects are executed either on Time & Material basis or on Fixed Price basis.

Dedicated Development Centers (DDC) - Dedicated Development Centers are virtual extension of customer's development facility. This model gives long term benefits to both customers and CheckSum InfoSoft. DDC consists of a team of trained product/application specialists with expertise in specific technology areas operating out of CheckSum InfoSoft facilities in India. The development environment of customer is replicated in DDC in order to make multi-site product development and support seamless.
